Hi

Just doing week four and loving it. Brilliant plan and loving Laura's encoueagement. It's great to have a target. But what happens after week 9 ? What do you do to build on the 5k ? I suppose I would like to do it quicker and maybe build up to 10k but I understand this takes a while. I have no experience any suggestions

Thanks

I'm on w2 of a B210k training programme I found on the web, it is a six week plan so not too long. Hoping it will make my 5k's faster.

Its' ok, the runs are back to intervals with one minute of walking between them. It's too early to tell yet whether I have got any faster on my 5K, I'm planning to test that at the end of this week's training.

What I have noticed already is that small hills and inclines are not as bad as they once were!

Are they only to improve speed or get you to 10K? Any dates yet? Both will be useful and make a change of listening to Wk9 repeats!
