Second week of running after a long layoff...just checked my Strava and I was up to nearly 40mins non-stop in flat old Brighton however only managing 20mins here in hilly Cornwall. Haven't weighed in yet but I do feel heavier - I blame C19!
Repeating the same run and I am getting faster though - 11.26 > 10.15 m/km!
