A happy run in the spring sunshine, a moment to clear my head and savour the positive joys of nature!
And this morning I graduated! Yippee!
To all those just starting, the plan works! Don't try to race it, build it up slow and steady, make sure you have decent running shoes, ensure you drink some water about 45 minutes before setting out, drink more water when you finish, do your warm ups and cool down, gentle stretches, heed your rest days and you should do absolutely fine!
Off to celebrate with some freshly ground coffee and some cheese on toast (hey, it's protein!) Then pin up my timetable for consolidation and slowly building up to 10k π
Happy runnings, everyone!

Fantastic! You sound delighted with yourself and rightly so. Onwards to consolidation and 10k. That's my plan too. See you there next week!!! Well done and i would consider something a bit stronger to go with the cheese... ππΎπΎπΎπ₯π₯π₯π₯π
