...suspended! Was supposed to do on Thursday last week, but on wed night started feeling quite rough, and the lethargy and soreness all over lasted until Sunday. Small cough, but not a dry one and no fever, so probably not the Billy Ray, but staying indoors until Sunday as per advice.
You get addicted to exercise quite quickly, I'm absolutely choking at the bit to get back out... At least I have my weights to play with.

Interestingly the ENT consultent on TV mentioned losing smell and taste can be an indicator of the virus, some people have a mild form of the virus. I know from experience you're better to give yourself plenty of time to recover before running again.
