I repeated my last run. Still feeling the uphill section, but feel it is doing me good, and enjoyed the downhill section home.
Still haven't decided what I am going to do next running wise other than to continue with these consolidation runs.

Glad you’re enjoying being out.
Well done on your most recent consolidation run, and the uphill will definitely do you good.
I’m also doing consolidation runs at the moment, having only graduated a month ago. You mention your not sure what your going to do next running wise, I can understand that.
I’m hoping to start Ju-ju’s magic 10k plan in May. In the meantime I’m trying to mix up my consolidation runs by doing the following every week;
1 x long slow run
1 x interval run ( with intervals of fast running ) , and
1 x 5k run ( which was a park run until they stopped ).
Whatever you decide, Happy running 🏃♂️ 👍
Thank you. Good luck with your programme.
I completed the programme previously about 3 years ago and got to the stage where I was running 10k. But I found it took up too much of my time. Instead of scaling back I ended up not running at all. I want to make sure that I don't do that again. I was driven by wanting to go further/faster all the time and that wasn't sustainable.
Yep, why not? Running for 30 mins without an ultimate goal is very liberating. Enjoy 😁
