This morning I completed my virtual 5K for Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. It was originally scheduled for Easter Sunday, with everyone running on the same day, but in the light of the current situation they recently opened it up to any date.
I had arranged to run it with Pink Sister@Toonlou, she lives a couple of hundred miles from me, but we coordinated before we set off.
I dedicated this run to my brother Chris who died from lung cancer. We both wore pink, for breast cancer, and our Roy Castle buffs. It was quite emotional, thinking of Chris and Toony running at the same time, but apart.

It was brilliant! I loved it! It was quite emotional having the time to think in the peace and quiet. It was so lovely knowing you were running at the same time. Well done Curlygurly!!! Fab running with you!!! 💕💕💕
