W6R3 - Even Enjoyed it!!

25mins of running (well shuffling), but I can see I got further than before. Amazing! My top tip from Tooting, go at 845am, when everyone is waiting to do Joe Wicks so the common is empty. Lots of the fast regulars are still passing too close though - perhaps a little too fixated on their speed than on their environment.

Congratulations on completing week 6, run 3, you are NOW officially a runner, onwards and upwards to week 6.

The entire country are now doing Joe Wicks workouts at 9 am.
