Just want to say hi, i’ve not run much this week but have been walking to and from work which is refreshing to say the least,

It was very empty today Al less people every day but any cars i’ve seen are racing

Thanks, I will stay safe, this morning I went a 9K walk round much the same course that I ran 5K yesterday, unlike yesterday when I saw 12 other runners, plenty of walkers and a few cyclists today was very quiet, only 3 runners on that route and a few dog walkers, I think many people are scared to come out of their home.

Yes it’s the same here, yesterday i walked to work and loads of people same coming home, today same times, saw 2 people on the way this morning and no one on way home

Yes it is nice and was very fresh, the annoying bit is we have been ordered to take our laptops home with us otherwise i could run it
