Rest days need not be boring!

There’s always the Strength & Flex 💪 podcasts with Laura,

Runners World to read,

walking

or a rewarding date at your local coffee house to plan your next route/playlist or life after C25K 😂🤣

Jokes aside welcome 👋 & so pleased to hear you are enjoying the runs! 👍well done! Fun to do it together 🥳

Thanks , I know but it is a weird feeling wanting to run and having to rest . I’ll get on my bike and do the strength and flex after . This journey is great - baby steps etc and we are just starting to get a post run stretch routine going . I was a 40+ a day smoker of 40 years last month .

Well done on completing another week.

One of the best things about this is how noticeably quicker recovery times are and still being able to walk the day after 😆
