Heavy legs can be symptomatic of poor hydration.
Are you drinking a minimum of 2-3 litres of fluids each and every day, running or not, as recommended in the guide to the plan?

Well done! I felt the same in the beginning and as IannodaTruffe says hydration is key. Especially the day before your run. Lots of fluids especially water and stretch them legs! Even on rest days. Happy running 🏃🏼♀️
