Perfect opportunity to begin JuJu’s plan...

Tonight I really didn’t fancy a run after work, but managed to persuade myself by mentally agreeing to a small one!!

I headed out and completed a 15min run.

I did a 38min run on Tuesday. So if I do a 30 min run on Sunday then that’s week 1 in the bag 👍🏼

Not quite sure I’m feeling as motivated and determined as I did at the beginning of C25K ... but here goes anyways... About time I put some structure back into this running malarkey!

Oh and planks tomorrow...!?

Any guidance/recommendation?!

Hi Sar9 good to see running I have started mixing up my runs this week from 3k to 5k tomorrow I plan a longer run but see how I feel in these uncertain times it’s hard to stay motivated but I for me I just go and enjoy the run no matter what I do

Happy running

Wow, well done! I’m a long way off achieving 10k yet, but hope to get there at some point! I’ve enjoyed a lovely lie in after a week at work! Will be doing body pump in the garden today I think!

I think I may have to look this one up...the structure may help with the motivation. As you have said...perhaps what we need. Well done for posting and getting out there. 👍😎🏃‍♀️

I’ll be honest I’ve found it a bit confusing to figure out... as there’s posts everywhere about it. I found a simple diagram that just says the runs per week in time or distance. Hopefully I’m not missing anything by just following that! :)

Good luck!!
