. I had a week off and tried to do W9R2 but had to break it up with walks!!! Sooooo today on advice from a runner friend, I did 20mins run. And felt totally fine, I’m going to do a 25 next time and then I will finish the last two 30mins runs and Graduate 👩🎓 🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️🎉🎉⭐️⭐️

Sounds like a good plan to me. Good to hear you’re well and running again. Whenever I have a break, the first thing that goes is my sense of pace, comeback runs can be tough! Enjoy closing this out.
Thanks- I was totally wrecked after my run a couple of days ago when I had to walk.. and annoyed with myself! I’m so glad today went well and running on hilly country roads - my usual park is now locked 🔒
Nearly two years in, I still have to walk a little occasionally... go easy on yourself! Hills do build strength, but they eat energy while they do that!
