Did my second run of week 9 yesterday afternoon - turns out there were 45 mph winds in the area ! Well I hope that was good resistance work on my quads as they are a little sore this morning. Covered 2.75 miles in the 30 minutes and I’m really happy with that. Good luck to everyone doing C25K we can all do this ! 👍

Thank you !! Friday morning all being well i’ll do it and it promises to be challenging weather again but looking forward to it - can’t believe I did 2.75 miles though ! 😮

Nice one Mark! Well done! One more run to go! It's weird running in the wind isn't it! Don't mind a good tail wind blowing me up the hill, but a head wind and cross wind is nasty 😬

I went out for my first post graduation run today and only managed 20 mins because of the wind! It was a bit like a scene from the Wizard of Oz up on the hills today 🌪️ Kept wishing I had some Ruby slippers to take me home 👟👟

Morning Ali, thank you 😊 it’s the resistance and he force needed to move a bit like squats, weight training legs in a way, moving the weight to push up. Well done on your run too, no doubt when you go out with no wind the resistance work will help you - you’ll fly like the wind ! 😜
