After my yoga I had a great run this morning, not far, just 30 minutes, but all good in shorts in the sunshine. It really lifts the spirits.
I saw another runner coming towards me in the distance, so I turned off down a track to avoid even slight contact. We waved and shouted 'Good Morning'. Such a great feeling of togetherness - despite the Social Distancing.
Then, as I was getting close to home, I had to get into the hedge to let an RV go by, 6 bikes on the back... It was sickening how many Covidiots flooded into Cumbria over the weekend. ...let's hope it was going home.

Fingers crossed that everyone stays in their own areas. Here in Cumbria, our health service is designed for the locals and wouldn't cope if an influx of people fell ill - its probably much the same elsewhere.
I think the term covidiots may become well used now theoldfellow.
How lovely for you to get out today and enjoy a run. UTS got out this morning too after recovering from a cold. I sat in the garden at lunchtime with the birds singing and it was good to feel the sun on my face after all those wet windy days.
