Who'd've thunk it? Week 5 complete and blimey that 20 minute run was tough, certainly at the beginning. However, as is always the case and stated by everyone on here, pacing yourself was never more apparent than today.

It made the longer runs doable without killing me and gives me a boost for the next lengthy run. I've also realised looking ahead to the future weeks' plans was a bad idea. Best not knowing I reckon...

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
