Finally completed week one in the prescribed fashion on Friday after several months of false starts. Sorted the bunion problem on my real foot with Salomon trainers..π. Never thought I could keep going for sixty seconds.. but by the third run I felt I could have done maybe another five seconds..π

Well done you ! Took me nine weeks of repeats to complete week 1 on my own legs, so I know how you feel - be proud of your determination π Are you in touch with a physio ? They might be able to give you some tips ? All the best with it x
