Just completed day 2. Running with a friend. We are going to carry on as long as possible.

Any tips ladies for not wanting a wee stop half way through? 😱

Can’t help on the wee front, but I don’t have a drink whilst running.

I don’t drink whilst running either! Guess I need to do pelvic floor at the same time🙄

Pelvic floor exercises are the answer, but do make sure that you hydrate adequately, as recommended in the guide.

I’m incontinent. I’ve learned to not drink or eat before a run and do fine. This means I always run in the morning 😁.
