Can’t help on the wee front, but I don’t have a drink whilst running.

Pelvic floor exercises are the answer, but do make sure that you hydrate adequately, as recommended in the guide.

I’m incontinent. I’ve learned to not drink or eat before a run and do fine. This means I always run in the morning 😁.
