Survived the 5 minute runs. Phew. The sun was shining and the birds were singing which certainly helps. I have been running every second day and I am wondering if I should take a two day rest before starting week 5. I am a complete novice and I am very slow but that does not bother me.

Slow is good for strengthening the legs so you are fine going slow.
Is the programme for running 3 times per week?
