W9R2 tomorrow. Haven't really been posting as it's much of the same. But have been updating my Strava and Instagram.

Anyone who follows me (@craig25k) or was planning on doing the Glasgow stroke association 5K will know it got cancelled. 😩😩😩Gutter!!!! However I wanted to get my run in and managed to complete W9R1 yesterday without a glitch.

It's a shame to hear these events are being cancelled, particularly when people have worked so hard to get ready for them ☹️
