Week 8 run 1 went like a dream but run 2 was not as easy I set out twice to do this the first time I stopped after 10 mins and was knackered!!! The second time I got to 20 mins then had to stop as I just couldn’t go on and believe me I tried. Today I set off and ran for 30 mins with no problem... graduation here I come... hopefully x
