After completing W9 and running just over 3k in 30mins I was gobsmacked today at my first Parkrun. I managed 5k in 38mins...I never expected a result like that! I have been celebrating for most of the day and a few gins have been consumed. Thank you for all the advice I have been given on this journey, it's really helped me.

Superb job... congratulations on that new 5k PB. Next? Well... once 5k is comfortable the choice is yours. There’s the bridge to 10k, our sister forum with Ju-Ju-‘s magic plan, or there are other goals/ambitions for your running.

Congratulations on your run today at parkrun and your time as well, I agree with UnfitNoMore, however, it is Bridge to 10K which is Ju Ju's Magic 10 which is the next distance to achieve.
