I finished W8R1 last night and it was good. I live in Spain and it was weird running last night as practically all the country is on lockdown. Very few people out ... We are experiencing a very crazy time globally ... I just hope this all ends soon and everyone can get back to a "normal"life. .. not a nice feeling 😔

At the moment it is OK to run alone, congratulations on completing run 1 of week 8, I think in Italy you are not even allowed to get out of the house except to do your weekly shopping, if that happened in Spain or the UK, the only place you could run to is the shops with a shopping bag as proof that you are going to the supermarket for your weekly provisions.

Yes..strange times at the moment here, we have very free movement...and very conflicting messages. Stay at home ..or go to an event with thousands and thousands of folk 😉

Seriously though. Well done you, it is very worrying...luckily running stops stress and boosts our immune system!
