Week three run two completed , went out early about 6 30 managed the 3 min runs very well and really enjoying it now. Lovely sunshine all the way got back before the heavens opened. No aches or pains yet I guess that will come later especially as I only just started running ( 58 ) ππππ½ββοΈ

Lucky you, missing the downpour - I was just going to go out and we had thunder and a massive hail shower!!! Drinking tea instead now π

Just go slowly. No need to rush or push things. All you have to do is the plan as laid out, very slowly. Going slowly is the way to tackle this job. πͺππβ
