Thank you. It was easy until the last km but I'm finding if I push myself that bit extra when I'm almost spent i run better the next time.

I'm shocked to the core how I was able to run that far for that long. Mere months ago I couldn't run a minute. This app has set me up to make major improvements in my life. Its unreal!

I was shocked. Before this app. Never would of thought I could run 5k never mind 10k this app has changed my life. For the better. I've since joined a running club also.
