Super chuffed with myself for reaching the end of the C25k programme, with the help of the lovely Jo Whiley in my ear. My plan is to continue with 3 x per week doing the 30 mins, as that is all I wanted to achieve. Im a middle-aged mum of 4, who was sporty as a teen but after children, (one of whom has medical needs) my needs and fitness have always come 2nd, 3rd, 4th priority, so mental and physical fitness have all improved over the 27 sessions.
