As you can see I have earned my shiny new graduate badge. Happy to join the thousands of people who have completed this course. If anyone is just starting or thinking of starting - it really does work. Trust the programme, keep it slow and steady, take more than 9 weeks if you have to. I want to thank the creators and administrators of the course and forum, it's brilliant. Finally if you are just starting then post you progress von here, it's a great community, great support, advice and motivation!! Happy running everyone!!
