Well I did this as my commute to work listening to my new running album . I accidentally ran 26mins instead of 25 . Reason being when I glanced at my garmin I thought it it said 24 mins but it must have said 25 ,i set alert for 25mins but something went wrong .. I can't say I enjoyed it ,But I can't say I hated it either . But it's done now and according to my stats I'm improving . Good luck everyone and happy running

Well done. Some runs you will enjoy, others will come harder. Either way it is still another run in the bank. You are on the home straight now. W7 is a chance to consolidate the 25min run
So we put this one down as a meh run then.. They all count to the stamina and km bank. Well done for another done
