A tough one today. I don't mind rain so much, but I don't like wind. Nevermind, just get on with it. So off I went- it wasnt pleasant, it wasnt pretty, and it wasnt that enjoyable......until it was over. But over it is, and now I feel great!
I changed my route slightly so as to avoid an unsheltered main road. So doubled back on myself which meant I finished near my house. So went and did the 5 min warm down walk by the lake opposite. I'm very windswept - not a glamorous look! I need some of those colourful head band thingy's, like @debston wears π

Well done you for getting out there regardless! Ive been staring out the window watching the rain and generally wimping out. I might get a dry spell later this pm so might get out then .
Well done Wenderwoo. You're looking fab! Try out the Hygge headbands website. They have had some great offers on recently ππββοΈ.
Well done. It was windy when I went out too. I love Hygge bands and they always have great offers on, buy 1 get 3 free! Looks like a lovely spot for your walk.
Well you did it and never mind the windswept look! Good idea to avoid the main road. I did a bit along a main road and hated it. The traffic noise drowned out my podcasts and it felt like an assault. Well done you ππ
Well done. I had a similar experience this morning. I went out straight after a hair appointment, so that was a waste of time. π
I wore a Buff my son bought me for the first time. I didn't think I'd like it, but it's actually quite effective in the wind. Green spoils the matchy colour scheme though π±
Brilliant. Well done. It is great the "after" feeling isn't it? That inner glow that oozes through the muscles. Great post and yes.. you look great. Good luck tomorrow...Hope it goes ahead this time. π
