That’s it W9R3 done and to top it off it was a 5.2k in 33 mins. I’m so amazed I completed the programme, it has been absolutely amazing and the support from everyone on here and the effort by the admins is humbling.
I started this process to up my step count but I think I’ve come to really love running. It’s a happy place to be and even though the programme isn’t easy if you stick with it you’ll get there!
Really excited for what comes next, 5k’s in lots of new places and consolidation for a while and let’s see what happens then...

Congratulations on completing the program! 😀👏🎉🎉 Don't forget to request your shiny graduate badge and also to check out ideas for what comes next. Have fun consolidating what you have achieved and thinking about where you would like to take your running next. You sound as though you may be hooked already...! 😀👍
Thanks Leosmit, will definitely aim for 3 times if possible. Aiming for a Parkrun next weekend or the following but looking forward to more runs with no pressure!
Looking forward to seeing what you do next. Sounds like you’ve been bitten by the run-bug so I don’t think you’ll be finishing your running journey here.
Definitely not, looking forward to consolidating for a while then maybe on to 10k. My wife and I travel all the time in our old motorhome and if I can run for 60 mins/10km’ish then I can explore loads of places here in the UK and across Europe when we travel. Excited!!!
Huge thanks Wenderwoo, really appreciate the support. I’m elated, tired and finally dry after a soaking and a very muddy woodland run but I couldn’t care less, I’m a C25k graduate and I’m excited for more running 🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️
Well done! It’s such an achievement, good luck with the rest of your running. I’m out for my first post graduation run this morning, can’t decide whether to have the C25K app on or just go it alone! 🤔
Brilliant, well done - very speedy too, one if those few to actually get to the 5k in 30mins mark! Look forward to hearing about your post-graduation running life.... 🤗👏🥳🏃♂️🍾🥂✈🥇🏆🎉🎊
It really is Sar9, very happy bunny!!! Hope the consolidation is going ok, I’m hoping for my 1st Parkrun this weekend. Never run with anyone else so feeling a little anxious as the Swansea one can have 200+ people!!!
I have been consolidating and parkruns, slowly chipping a little time off but still not to your level, wow. Guessing you’ve a hymer mhome? Easy to combine the two interests. Good luck with consolidating, go slow and steady to keep the habit!! Well done again..
Thanks Snodrop yes we have an old Hymer. Looking forward to consolidation runs and getting to run in a variety of places while we are travelling in the Hymer.
