one happy graduate

I set myself a goal to complete the programme before my 60th bitrthday. And i achieved it by 4 days. What a feeling. I have never run, the thought sent shivers down my spine. To be honest i dont enjoy it, but what a feeling of achievement when I've done it. I even ran for 6.9 k on a new route i found! My daughter inspired me, she started the programme and has now done 10k just before her 21st birthday.

Mum and daughter doing well.

Thank you to this community which has been a silent support.:-)

Congratulations to you Vicki10 on graduating from C25K, you found it hard but well done, just run a little slower and you will enjoy the actual run, not just the feeling afterwards.

To get your graduation badge and the word Graduate next to your username, leave a message on the May graduate post on the pinned posts on the right-hand side of the health unlocked C25K Homepage and tell the administrators that you have ran run 3 of week 9 and graduated.

Congratulations on graduating. 😃 Perhaps the enjoyment will come as you relax into the runs and one day you’ll realise that you are just running for fun! It’s a Eureka moment when it happens 😊
