Well blimey, would you Adam n Eve it? I just completed my W9Run3 and feel pretty good! Iβll never shower again! π (only joking, I hastily add, and feeling even better). This programme really is brilliant and it is so well thought through, but a real driving force and source of motivation and support is YOU LOT! Thanks to ALL of you out there on this forum. Not only the inspirational posts from the mentors, administrators, graduates and post graduates, but from those at the start of this adventure, those working their way through it, getting to grips with all the ups and downs and getting there. That amazing feeling you are never alone, and that you are a member of a large family that understands, helps and advises - not forgetting all the fun, the jokes, the anecdotes ... Did I just say FUN? Yes. Coz thatβs what it is. Ta a million.ππ»ππ

Many thanks, Tartancat! Yeah, it really does seem to get more and more enjoyable, especially when the sun shines like it did here today. A few consolidation runs and then maybe check out the Bridge if Iβm feeling adventurous. No rush though! Happy and sunny running to you, Tartancat! ππ»ππππ
