Completed W9R3 the way it started with heavy rain and strong winds, but feeling great that I finished, as wasn’t confident at the start of W1.
The program really does work and hearing about others’ journeys has certainly helped so much along the way. Many a day, I had to push myself to go out, but no matter where I started on the smiley face scale, I always finished the run feeling better😀.
Looking forward to consolidation and doing a parkrun in the next few weeks, not sure how I’ll cope in warmer weather though.
For all of you starting out, you can do this, it won’t be easy, but the program has to push you for you to progress, just take it slow and steady and you’ll get there.

Well done! I’m always apprehensive for every run, I do struggle but if I struggle too much I repeat the run or the week I’m struggling with till I feel confident, I’m on week 7 run 2 now as I repeated week 6 three times!! 😊 I’m also gonna look at doing a park run once I’ve graduated 🤪
Congratulations Aubry on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K, well done 😀 🏃🏾 🎓

You will love parkrun once you run your first one, as for warmer weather, run in a T Shirt and shorts, you could buy a Vitality Parkrun t shirt if you wish to.
Thank you AlMorr, looking forward to getting my graduation badge, not sure I’m ready for showing my legs in public yet 😆, I will take your advice tho and just go for it👍
