One to go and tonight I’m feeling fab. Had a great day in work out and about in the forest, beautiful sunshine, warming sun and gentle walks to prepare me for this evening’s jaunt. Back to my local woods in Penllergare and it was a perfect running evening. Off I go through the mud, birds tweeting, the sound of the trees and the river, utter bliss! I didn’t even notice Laura rabbiting on in my ear...
I consciously slowed down today and looked at the estimated pace on my Fitbit, trying to stay at 6.30km and even though I didn’t make my 5k like the last two runs I felt much better keeping a steady pace and actually felt I could go on for more time until I reached the bottom of a massive hill at 33 mins!!! Time for my cool down walk I think. Aiming for my graduation run on Sunday, super excited 🏃🏻🏃🏻🏃🏻🏃🏻

Yay! Sounds like a lovely penultimate run. In fact it sounds like it would be a good graduation run to, if the weather holds out. Pace and distance, and all that jazz can wait. Good luck with R3 and enjoy it 👍😁😉
