It's been a whole week since I've run due mainly to the grotty weather but I'm pleased to say I've completed this run. It was hard but I promise not to leave it another whole week!

Nicely done. I just did mine too. No more walking breaks from here on. I guess that means we are runners now. 😎
Well done to you too! Yes I noticed the straight runs, I guess the aim is to get stronger and quicker to reach your 5k!
