Congratulations on losing 1 stone in the 7 weeks that you have ran C25K, just proves that running AND being on a healthy diet is good for you, not long now until you graduate, good luck for your graduation run 🏃🏾.

Curious to know ( and hope you don't mind me asking) - have you changed your diet at all?
I'm asking as I'm just about to do Week 6 Run 1 and haven't lost any weight - but I haven't gone on a diet as such - just cut out snacking and eaten more veg and fruit and hoped that might be enough. Maybe I need to go on a diet as well?
Just edited the post to say that I also do Slimming World. Started last Aug and now have lost over 3stone. Running is getting me fit and hopefully I’ll stay toned as I lose more weight. I go to the gym too

Am realising that I will have to look at my diet and make significant changes to be able to lose the weight I want to..... I kinda knew I had to but just hadn't got around to doing that yet - this has given me the push to do just that! Inspiring!
