That’s week 7 in the bag. 25 mins was the target but I ran for around 35mins. Looking forward to the lighter nights and enjoying running once again. 🏃‍♀️🥂

Well done, but you are not really doing C25k though, are you?

This plan is carefully structured to be gently progressive to avoid injury.

You have just exceeded the 10% rule employed by most experienced runners to increase their weekly training load.

We give the best advice we can, based on our experience, that of other runners and received wisdom across the running world.

Of course you can exceed the demands of the plan and if you are lucky you may get away with it, but we really would prefer you not to post about blatant excesses as that may encourage others to be foolhardy.
