Yep, still going. Went for an evening run again last night. Was a different location, all up hill for the first half, and all downhill for the 2nd. As usual, the first 10 minutes of oxygen deficit is a real struggle, but by the end, I was really enjoying things. Not sure I could go too much further at the moment, but loving the ability I have now gained.
I still cannot believe how far I have come! Even though last night ended up being slower /km than recent runs, having the hill challenge I am still delighted to complete it without walking. (Hill was 46m in elevation according to Strava….)
4 more consolidation runs before my first 5k race...

Running for longer periods too as you are is superb for building up stamina and will really help with improving pace too ( that’s what I have gathered from other runners on here who are far more experienced than me ).
