I completed my first week of consolidation by repeating the 3 x 30mins run times.
Yesterday, I opted to treat myself to a gait analysis at a local running shop and a colourful new pair of Brooks Ghost 11s became mine π.
Went for a leisurely run, this morning (W11R1) -new shoes on, sun shining. I set my distance for 5K (managed in 38mins including poo and pedestrian stops -for my canine running buddies πΊπΊ, not me -I hasten to add...). My feet, knees and spine seem to approve of the new footwear π.
Onwards to the rest of W11 (PGW2) π.

...I'm using the 'Nike Run Club+' App (various guided runs available and ability to set either distance or time -all free). I've had a look at the 'Bridge to 10K' forum here and might try ' ju-ju's' '10 is the Magic Number' plan (8 weeks) π
