Amazing, huge congratulations on completing Wk4 R1, well done.
Some runs are good, others not so much, but if you are struggling, remember the C25K mantra "slow down and then slow down some more". I'm sure a lot of the time I'm actually running more slowly than I walk but as long as both feet leave the ground at the same time, you are running.
That is a great goal to have too, I would also like to try it once I graduate (just finished wk 7) but at the moment am running solo and not sure how well I'll adapt to running with others! I will give it a go though and soon enough, so will you

Fantastic! Cheeky little goals help get me over the door when I don't feel like it. Why not set urself a target date with a bit of wiggle room for weather, life etc?
