Bloody hard 😒😩 gave it my best shot but had to stop for about 20 second twice in the final run. Feel really annoyed at that . My fit bit said my average pace per km is 9mins 15 secs. But not sure if that is good or bad . Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Have a good weekend all .

I did wk 4 r1 this week too also found it bloody hard but managed to keep going somehow. Pace wise I have no idea but I definitely went slower than previous weeks or there is no way I would have made it through lol keep going we are almost half way through , that in itself is an accomplishment! Just go slow, breathe easily and go for it again! U can do this!

Your pace is your pace and in time it will probably get faster, but it has little bearing on how you progress through C25k. You should be aiming for an easy conversational pace, not trying to run faster. This plan builds your basic stamina and endurance and speed will come later.

I felt this on my second week 4 run but realised I was running too fast. Pace yourself and you’ll be fine. Since week 4 I consciously get myself to slow down if my breathing becomes too laboured or my knee starts to hurt. You can do this! It’s not a race it’s about completing each week happily. 😊

Well done you, you're on week4, nearly half way, which is absolutely amazing when you stop and think about it.

Well done

Well done. With your pace, you would expect it to be about that with the walking sections too. My pace has increased gradually due to the increased running sections so you will find the same I expect. But as the others say it doesn’t matter how slow you go 😁😁

You’ll get there! I definitely slowed down the pace to get through the minutes, it definitely helped and I felt less breathless. Good luck with run 2 πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘ŒπŸ»
