Today was my first 5 min run. It was agonisingly painful ( my shins were burning) but I did it. I know that with time and perseverance it will become easier. I’m starting to feel better about myself and what I can do. Well done to you all guys who continue running; nothing but respect ✊.

Well done....make really sure you are warming up well, and stretching well afterwards too.
This is where your exercise on rest days needs to be upped a little. As the runs get longer, your stamina and strength need to be developed too. so non-impact exercise will really help with the runs. Walking, cycling or swimming, yoga or Pilates etc...

These may help....many folk have done them alongside C25K.
Try also, to land lightly... kissing the ground with your feet is what I call it..we do, in the first weeks tend to thump down a little. If you shoes are okay, then these little changes may help.
