So hopefully I will graduate next week and want to keep things going.

Is there a 5k to 10k app that also has the encouraging voiceovers and guides.

What does everyone else use.?

You WILL graduate next week. 👍😁

Before moving on to 10k training, it is advisable to spend some time “consolidating” your 30 min runs. Finishing C25K is an amazing achievement, but you are still a “new” runner, and it will stand you in good stead to work for a while longer on your strength and stamina. Building a regular running routine will do just that!

Check out my consolidation club post for some hints and tips!

There is no NHS 5-10k app that I know of; but many others available. I didn’t use an app, but followed ju-ju (one of our lovely Admins) 10k plan, and it worked a treat. Found it easier than C25K! But, I did spend a long time consolidating and getting fitter before I tried it. If you head over to the Bridge to 10k forum, you can view the plan etc.

It’s exciting, finishing the programme! So many new running adventures are open to you. But! It is key to continue to build slowly. 👍

Shall look out for your graduation post next week. All the best to you!
