On the train home and actually looking forward to my run tonight. Slightly worried as it seems like a big jump from week 3 but still excited. Who knew I would enjoy running?

It's totally do-able. You're basically repeating the 3 minute runs you already did and then adding a bit. The key of course is to take it easy and steady. I was also anxious ahead of it and found that a slow and steady pace got me nicely through. Good luck!

Have just finished week 4 and felt he same as you but it went well and the 5 minutes didn't seem it. Sounds like you're enjoying the challenge - you'll be fine!
