..and i'm so happy! I didn't think I could do this at all, but turns out I love it...especialy in the cold and rain (weird!) The challenge at this stage of my life was desperately needed after a tough 10 months coping with a loss. I have no idea if I will ever be able to actually run 5k but I don't mind...i'm giving it my best shot on a weekly basis and so far so good..I'm keeping up, unbelievably!
It has given this 58 year old a new lease of life and feeling really energised π

This is brilliant, well done! So pleased to hear that running is bringing you a sense of achievement and joy. It is marvellous for that. π Sounds like you have the right mindset and are doing very well indeed. Keep it up - I can guarantee more joy to come! πππ
Itβs great to read your inspiring post and how much you are getting out of these runs. I too take each run as it comes never believing Iβll get to the next one but somehow, 7 weeks on Iβm still plodding on! Wishing you all the best completing the rest ππ
Well done. Itβs good to hear how much you are enjoying it. Itβs a fantastic programme isnβt it. You can do, have faith in the programme, take it slow and you will get there. Keep us updated with how you are getting on.
