Finished my week 5 run 3 yesterday tomorrow is week 6 run 1. 😀 I have booked to do the British airways Gatwick airport 5k in May so hoping it will spur me on.

I have been on a diet as well and gone from 15.6 stone to 13.12 stone if I can do it so can you.

Wow well done on your weight loss and getting this far on the program. Enjoy week 6 run. You are definitely on your way to running that 5K marathon in May!

Well done to you Kukaro on completing run 3 of week 5, onwards to run 1 of week 6, but be careful with that run with its interval walks and runs after the 20 minute run of week 5, good luck for your Gatwick 5K.

My word, Kukaro, that is fantastic. Well done. That weight loss must be helping so much just with walking never mind running. So impressed...do keep going and posting. :-)

The weight loss was been over the last 6 months I have lost 2 to 3 pounds each week. The running has helped but I am determined to get down to 13 stone.

That is a very healthy plan of weight loss and the best way to continue. Still impressed. (I am a stone down from 7 months ago too :-))
