Well done! W5r3 is a real milestone run and a great achievement.

There's a couple of interval runs coming up again in week 6, then from w6r3 you are into the longer runs all the way to graduation. The interval runs sometimes catch people out, which sounds strange, but it can happen. Good luck!

Same! Did it on Friday, and quite amazed to have managed the 20 minutes! Definitely feels like progress!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, as Delly dot says, that run is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

Well done, that’s how I felt too with that run. You’re making great progress, keep up the great work and good luck with week 6, I’ve just completed today and slow and steady was the key for me 😊

Thank you. It's almost as if the last 5 weeks has prepared me for settling into a steady jog. I read care needs to be taken with Week 6 Run 1, to keep it steady as it catches some people out after the high of Week 5 Run 3.
