Hi

I’ve just managed this week to do two 5k runs

It has taken me about 38 minutes each time

What next

Is it better to keep at 5k and try to do quicker

Or keep my pace and try to do longer

And how many more times shall I run 5k on average before I try to do 6k

Thank you

Then you can get a graduation badge

Consolidate just run for 30 minutes at a time and have fun with it, there is a magic 10 plan as well that helps you progress at a pace that minimises risk of injury
