I was planning to run sometime today but reading through some of the posts on here motivated me to get up and out the door by 7.It's so much easier to get ready now my earbuds don't falling out and I'm not getting tangled by the wire !
My knees seemed much happier for the extra days rest and strengthening exercises ( fingers crossed that continues to work) I was quickly overtaken by 2 runners and their 3 dogs and luckily I'd got to a walk when waiting for the green man to tell me it was safe to cross the road, I'd have felt a bit mad jogging on the spot ! Apart from usual mud and puddles on my home stretch all was great, I really enjoyed it.
Life stuff will be getting in the way till Monday so more days for knees to recover for run 3.
I don't think I've ever mentioned my knees so much in my like...lol : )

I'm glad things are much better now. That wire used to be the bane of my life, tugging away in one lug and twisting around my neck - why weren't wireless buds invented years ago?
Maddening, setting everything up to start for me wound up than the run. Much easier now. I was rather envious off your 3am run sounded great, but definitely not the 12 hour shift afterwards.
I was shattered at the end of yesterday. I've got 12 hour nights today. Lol. Will be up around 11am tomorrow, and then into the run. Looking forward to it ☺
