Yes I think Helen is right- you just click on the repeat this run link - I did it loads on week 9 when I was doing my consolidation runs. It doesn’t affect anything. Good luck!

I thought the same but instead of repeating week 4 I did each run in week 5 twice - so I was more than ready by the time the run 3 came about - it meant I didn't feel like I was going backwards. - give that a try I found run 3 much more achievable - I'm doing the same with week 6 at the minute too as I want to feel strong in the continuous runs.

I just press the button again to repeat. Believe me I’ve done a lot of repeats 😂

hey Summerhols

If Week 4 was genuinely OK, then I suspect you're worried unnecessarily about Week 5.

And... congrats on completing Week 4! Do you realise that Week 4 (the most important week in my opinion) was the hard bit? Week 4 sees the biggest jump in TOTAL running in the whole program from 9 minutes in Week 3 to a whopping 16 minutes! By the time you come to W5R3, you'll have 157 minutes of running under you belt. Surely enough to ready your body for a 20 minute jog!

W5R3 (the 20 minute one) is a *mental* test, not a physical one. As ever with W5R3 worries... the body is ready but the mind is not! Yes, your body has been prepared for this... as it has for every run so far.

W5R1 is a TOTAL of 15 minutes running. W5R2 is 16 minutes, so 20 minutes is perfectly doable, as *thousands* of users here will attest. Remember my mantra: every run you've done prepares you for the next one. It's very simple but true.

Here's something I wrote on W5R3:

As for how to approach it physically, have you tried Japanese Slow Running yet? :-)

You'll be fine! Good luck :-)

You're very welcome and I hope it gives you more confidence for Week 5. Your body is capable of much more that you think. Our biggest problem is our minds!
