Anyone any advice doing C25K and want to re do week 3
Are you maybe the same as me - I was really worried about moving to wk4 and thought no way I could run for 5 mins. I convinced myself I couldn't do it before even trying. I made myself go out last night and although it wasn't easy, I did do it. Give it a go. If you cant do it, then look at it as a practice, but give yourself a pat on the back for trying.

You probably struggled because you were going too fast for your current fitness level. You should be able to speak clear, ungasping sentences as you run.......if you can't, slow down.

Thanks for your help restarted from week one think problem was didn't feel to good but did it anyway new start
What are you having problems with? Your legs? Your breathing? Why the difficulty?
I would always say only repeat if you don't complete ( I love a motto!)
It shouldn't be a case of carrying on until it feels easy, or we wouldn't progress.
The following week will be harder, but if you completed all the previous elements you are ready.
Make sure you have drunk enough the day before that makes a huge difference.
Slow it right down, maybe your brisk walking pace feels faster, that doesn't matter.
